General Delivery Information
If an item is out of stock we will contact you to inform you of a proposed delivery date or alternative options. All items are sent by a service that will require a signature on receipt of delivery, this will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. Items will be returned to us if a signature is not available and the items are not collected from the delivery organisation after a card has been left. |

Boots and shoes will always be delivered as individual packages.
Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PlusinBoots are happy to exchange or refund in full any purchase. Please note that goods must be returned unworn and undamaged and in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt within 14 days of receipt.
To return please complete returns section of PlusinBoots receipt, stating whether you require a refund or exchange and the reason for return. We advise that these be sent back to us at the following address by Royal Mail Signed For or a via a courier service so that they are insured for you and are traceable. Please note the cost of returning goods to PlusinBoots is borne by you. PlusinBoots cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. |

| Statutory Rights & Faulty Goods: |

Your statutory rights are not affected when returning any product to Plus in Boots. All Plus in Boots goods are checked for quality before they are sent to you. Footwear should only be fitted on a carpet for protection. Returned goods found to be damaged, marked, soiled, worn or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged. Refunds or exchanges will not usually be given for goods returned without a PlusinBoots returns form and full adherence to our terms and conditions. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the value of repackaging for any goods not returned in their original packaging. All returns should be accompanied by original documentation for credit purposes, and clearly state the reason for return. It is recommended that you obtain proof of posting when returning goods, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Postage charges for returned goods are the full responsibility of the purchaser, and are not refundable by PlusinBoots.
In the case of 'faulty' unworn goods, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) states that consumers are allowed reasonable time within which to reject the goods for repair, exchange or full refund. Exchanges or full refunds will be issued if products experience manufacturing defects or failure in use. PlusinBoots cannot guarantee against standard wear and tear and we reserve the right to seek a second opinion from an independent body when defect inspections are required. Where goods are returned to PlusinBoots due to manufacturing defects or failure in use but are not actually found to be as a result of defect or failure, PlusinBoots will not reimburse the cost of the customer posting the goods back to PlusinBoots. |
